He was predeceased by: his wife Christina Sisk. He is survived by: his mother Mary Sisk; his children, Gary Sisk Jr., Laura Dohrer (Aaron), Amber Pruitt and Garah Gage; his stepchildren, Waylon, Jimmy and Robyn (Phil); his siblings, Terry Sisk (Diane), Jim Sisk (Wanda) and Kathy Everley (Floyd); and his brother-in-law Jim Clark (Debbie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
