He is survived by: his mother Eva Shook Holt of Waldron, AR; his children, Gavyn Gabriel Paul Cunningham of Alma, AR and Maci Paige Cunningham White of Poteau, OK; his brothers, Cary Cunningham, Amber of Jonesboro, AR, Kevin Cunningham and Stephanie of Arkoma, OK; his nieces and nephews, Brenden Kary and Little Kary; his daughter Brantlee of Jonesboro, AR; and also, Dale of Waldron, AR, Austin, Tasha, Amber, Bryson and Jasmine of Arkoma, OK. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and many friends.
