He was predeceased by: his siblings, Diane Beljean and Robert Jenkins. He is survived by: his significant other Loretta O'Connor Jenkins; his children, Laurie Jenkins (Kevin Trostle), Linda Salerno (Michael), Diane Sefcik (Gregory), Catherine Nichols (Terry), Doug Jenkins (Donna), Loretta Black (David), Daniel Jenkins (Karen Halls) and Carol Medins (Christian); his brother-in-law Raymond O'Connor (Jeanne); and also Carol Costello (Edward).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Central Christian Church (400 N Waldron Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72903).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the following organization in Doug's name: The Salvation Army.
