It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Eugene Rapp Sr. (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Sexton, Brittany Rapp and Freddie Rapp (Ashley); and his granddaughter Isabella Rapp.
