Fred Cousins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Cousins formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Duane. He is survived by: his wife Murlene Janine Nelson of Oklahoma City; his children, Leigh Ann Fuller (Chuck Fuller) of Jenks, OK and Craig; his grandchildren, Jackson, Chandler Fuller of Dallas, TX and Brooklyn; his great grandchild Luke Verdier; and his brother Jerry (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
