He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ruple and Ethel May Hainer (Hynes); and his brother James Ruple Hainer IV. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Hainer; his children, Tammy of California, Amy of California, Leroy Grim of Middletown and Johnny Stout of Rogers, Arkansas; and his siblings, Linda of New Jersey, Ginger Rendon of Sun City, Carol Savage of Butler, Patricia Braun of Cedarville, Bill Hainer of Edmond, Don Hainer of Butler and John Hainer of Van Buren. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
