It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Rice Jr. (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rice and Edith Rice (Lloyd); and his sister Donna Rice. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda McConnell and Bo Johnson (Russ); and his sister Betty Ralls. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
