He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Dobing and Gladys Dobing; and his brothers, Frank Dobing and Kenny Dobing. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Tammy Nelke (John); and his grandchildren, Sarah Kilbreth of North Carolina and Andrew Nelke (Victoria) of Pocola.
