He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gay; his children, Corey Gay (April) of Scranton, Arkansas, Mandy Melvin of Odessa, Texas and Paula Kimbriel (Rickey) of Altus, Arkansas; and his brothers, Michael Gay of Clarksville, Arkansas and Thomas Gay, Jr. (Sherry) of Belton, Texas. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and one great-grandchild.
