He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Margaret Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Ericka Riggins (Nichols Rodney) of Shreveport and Unique Mumphrey-Smith of Shreveport; his siblings, Sharon Smith of Shreveport, Donnie Smith of Fort Smith and Rodney Mosley of Shreveport; and his grandchildren, Rodney Riggins, Raina Riggins, Raven Riggins and Robert Riggins.
