She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Blackman and Lizzie Blackman; and her siblings, Theodore Blackman, Jr. and Phyllis G. Blackman. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Johnson; her children, Christopher Blackman, Marcus Johnson, Alex Johnson, Jennifer Johnson, Angela Haddox and Daniel Johnson; her grandchildren, Justice, Rylan, Jada, K'Brianey, Emmary, Falynn and Draven; and her siblings, Carolyn Blackman, Alpha Banks (Tierrell) and Gabriel Newton (Laurel). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
