He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Brandi Fout (Mike), Kim Atchison and Philimon; his grandchildren, Karissa, Donata, Kaysha, Kaziah, Trent, Brooklyn, Kayla, Brandon, Ashton and Ethan; and his great grandchild Violet.
