Phillips of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Higgins, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, T. C. Babitzke and Dollie Babitzke (James); and her siblings, Albert, Troy, Wilbert Babitzke and Barbra Palmer.
She is survived by: her son Michael Phillips (Brandi); her grandson James M Phillips (Heather Aubuchon); and her great grandchildren, Lyla Wright and Charlotte Phillips.
