He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Shadwick of Howe, Oklahoma. and Mary Shadwick (Childres); his daughter Mary Elizabeth Fitzgerald of Charleston, Arkansas.; his siblings, Deborah Wyatt of Hawaii, Jim Shadwick of Howe, Bobby Shadwick of Howe and Linda Streeter; and his nephew Jay Shadwick. He was also cherished by Three grandsons Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
