He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Elmo and Arby Jewell Smith. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth V. Smith (Pam) of Fort Smith, Eugene N. Smith (Shirley) of Booneville and David E. Smith (Pam) of Magazine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
