He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sudhoff (Heitkamp); and his brother Brian Sudhoff. He is survived by: his father Paul Sudhoff of Madison, Indiana; his wife Kay Sudhoff of Van Buren; his son Matthew Siliakus (Tabitha Bryant) of Farmington, AR; and his brothers, Steve Sudhoff (Betsy) of Warsaw Indiana and Scott Sudhoff (Julie) of West Lafayette, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
