He is survived by: his wife Leona Qualls (Dedmon); his children, Tammy Binz (Doug) of Charleston, Johnny Qualls (Jamie) of Heavener and Oklahoma Kenneth Qualls (Jessica) of Heavener; his grandchildren, Josh Edwards, Arkanasas Brittany, Scotty Clague of Wister, Oklahoma Klayton, Sarah Qualls of Poteau, Oklahoma Cheyanne Qualls of Wister, Oklahoma Trace Qualls of Heavener, Oklahoma Raylon Qualls of Heavener, Oklahoma Easton Qualls of Heavener, Oklahoma Amberlee Qualls of Heavener, Oklahoma Justin Qualls of Howe, Oklahoma Nick Qualls of Heavener and Oklahoma Robert White of Heavener; and his sister Dana Jean Sims. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren Numerous loved ones and a host of many friends He was preceded in death by his parents.
