She was predeceased by: her parent Clearence; her husband Thurrel Nichols; and her sons, Terry Wade Nichols, Eugene Nichols and Scott Nichols.

She is survived by: her son Rick Nichols (Linda) of Ada, OK; and her daughters-in-law, Jackie Nichols of Fort Smith and Gail Altman of Fayetteville, AR. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
