It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Charlene Scruggs of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Booneville, Arkansas, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Waganer and Walter Waganer; her husband Roy Scruggs; and her siblings, Delta Strickland, Launia Waganer Justice, Henry, Hoyt and Kenneth Waganer.
She is survived by: her brothers, Bill Waganer of Hackett, AR. and Arnold Lee of Homer, LA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
