She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Douglas and Veinna Garret Douglas; and her husband Bobby D. Ratcliff. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Wheeler (Diana) of Pocola, Daniel Wheeler (Christy) of Muldrow, Pat Wheeler (Llany) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carmen White (John) of Ocean City and Lisa Wheeler of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
