He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdell Williams and Clarice Williams; and his brothers, James Linden Williams and Ronald Williams. He is survived by: his wife Hellen; his children, Shelia Carson (Mike) of Abbott and Rickie Williams (Christine) of Columbia, Kentucky; his sister Betty Pennington (Blake) of Bella Vista; his stepchildren, Brenda Kesner (David) of Fort Smith, Renae (David Hughart) of Greenwood and Rodney Leslie of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Garrett Carson (Jessica), Jarrod Carson (Katelin) of Abbott, Stephanie Gilbertson (Jordan) of Lowell, Rachel Kesner of Bentonville and Monica Hughart of Little Rock; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Grace, Isaac, Lydia, Dayton Luther, Meredith Carson and Jacob Gilbertson.
