She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Marie Partain (Nixon) and Ocie Theodore Partain; and her brother Phillip Partain. She is survived by: her sons, Randy McKinney and Scott McKinney (Cindy); her sister Charlotte Smith; and her grandchildren, Ryan McKinney, Kris McKinney, Kyle McKinney, Tyler McKinney, Jillian McKinney and Brittany Gregory. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, other relatives.
