He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koch and Mary Tencleve Koch. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Powers; his friend Rosetta Lensing; his children, Dennis "Joey" Koch, Jr. (Kathy) of Scranton, AR, Mark Koch (Jan) of Fort Smith, Jerry Koch (Cris) of Paris, AR and Kym Koch Thompson (Mickey) of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Jule Rogers (David) of Prairie View and Ray Koch (Linda) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
