She was predeceased by: her parents, William Balser and Marion Balser (Johns); her brothers, William Burton Balser, Jr. and Paul David Balser; and her niece Cindy Jacobsen-Merideth.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jayne Jacobsen (Andy) of Fort Smith, Elizabeth Eubanks (Jerry) of Fort Smith, Gayle Hampton (Neal) of Fort Smith and Dorothy Howard (Johnny) of Fort Smith; her sister-in-law Anna Balser; her nieces and nephews, Laura Wolfe (Allen), Marci Roby (Chris), Nichole Molinero (Tomas), Amanda Montgomery (DeMondrae), Sarah Hansen (Sam), Angela Crawley (Brian), Rachel Howard (Erick Reyes), LaTora Jones, Kathy Abshere (Steve), Chris Hampton (Amber), William Balser (Yonetti) and Steven Eubanks (Lisa); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Wolfe (Amber), Logan Wolfe (Katie), Lauren Molton (Logan), Amanda Spencer, Hunter Roby, Sebastian, Skyler Hampton, Nicholas, Zachary Merideth, Delyssa, Avery Montgomery, Keanu Balser, Aiden, Ace, Alani Crawley, Gabby, Abby Molinero, Everly, Georgia Hansen, Josh Abshere (Liz), Jerika Kelley (Ryan), Jayden Abshere and Enzo Reyes; and also, Eli, Ezra, Piper Wolfe, Ivy Abshere, Hudson and Harper Kelley.
