David Richard Riggs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Richard Riggs (Fort Smith, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillis Correan Castle (Frank Castle) and Henry Davis Riggs; and his sister Shirley Hensz. He is survived by: his wife Chris Riggs; his children, DeAnne Peek, Richard Riggs (Jennifer) and Meredith Burton (Wayne); his grandchildren, Rachael Steward (Bobby), Matthew Peek, Daniel Peek (Kaelyn), Jordan Riggs, Landon Riggs, Jacob Burton and Tanner Burton; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Steward, Aiden Steward and Kallie Peek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
