It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Phillip Railey of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. Railey and Jackie Railey; and his brother John A. Railey. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Railey (Jonnie) of Rudy, AR, Becky Davis of Fort Smith, AR, Martha Choate (Kevin) of Fort Smith, AR and Dennis Railey (Melissa) of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
