He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. Railey and Jackie Railey; and his brother John A. Railey. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Railey (Jonnie) of Rudy, AR, Becky Davis of Fort Smith, AR, Martha Choate (Kevin) of Fort Smith, AR and Dennis Railey (Melissa) of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
