He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney W Parrish and Mozell M Parrish; and his sons, Steven K and Stewart D Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Monette; his sons, David Jr. (Brent Moore) of Rock Hill and Scott (Bethany) of Sarasota; and his granddaughter Sara Parrish.
