He is survived by: his wife Charlene Armstrong-Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri; his siblings, Scottie Dennis of Kansas City, Missouri, Sheryl Dennis of Kansas City, Regina Dennis of St. Joseph, Missouri and Kelly Butcher of St. Joseph, Missouri; and his aunts, Emma Smith of Huntington and Alice Vege of Fort Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
