He was predeceased by: his father Norman Moore; his sister Teresa Heflin; and his grandparents, James, Anna Villines, Eugene and Ruth Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Danny Moore and Patricia Schroeder (Wayne); his stepdaughters, Kami and Kelli Morey; and his siblings, Mike Moore (Kathy), J. D. Moore (Mistie), Robin Witte (Mark) and LaDonna Apple (Kenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and family.
