With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Danny Keith Carney of Fort Smith, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Danny left this world on January 10, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Carney and Elizabeth Carney (Bowman); and his siblings, Linda Arnold, Wanda Clark and Richard Kirk.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alyssa Ewing (John), Zach Carney, Maci Carney, Makayla Cullen (Brayden), Makenzie Carney, Maleigha Carney and Hannah Carney; his great grandchildren, Tucker Ewing and Cooper Ewing; his brothers, Butch Carney (Sandy) and Ronnie Carney (Jeannie); and also, Bobbie Jeremiah, Daniel Carney of Greenwood, Keith Carney (Tara) of Greenwood and Brian Carney of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Gracelawn Cemetery.
