He was predeceased by: his daughter Katrina Forshee; and his siblings, Tracy Forshee and Mark Forshee. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Littrell (Darrell) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Ashley Nordmeyer (Dakota) of Poplar Bluff, MO; his grandchildren, Sharon, Austin, Damon and Atlas; and his siblings, Gary Forshee (Janie), Sandy Fondren of Fort Smith, Virginia Rutledge (Richard) of Tulsa, OK and Tommy Forshee of Fort Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
