He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stouffer, Sr. and Ann Davis Stouffer; his stepmother Mildred Stouffer; and his brother Walter "Butch" Stouffer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne; his daughters, Nicole Fletcher and Sarah Wilson (Jeff); his siblings, Jane Stouffer, Lyn Faldon and Steve Stouffer (Pam); and his grandchildren, Bennett, Caleigh Fletcher, Madeline and Lucas Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
