He was predeceased by: his parent Florence Crader; and his brothers, Curtis Cormier and KoKo Cormier. He is survived by: his wife Suzie Cormier; his children, Brandy Luman (Brian) of LeFlore, Oklahoma. and Bryan Cormier (Lisa) of Poteau, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Megan Luman, Emma Luman, Ryan Luman and Paiton Cormier; his son Justin Durant; and his grandchildren, Jasper Pruitt, Andrea Martindale, Dallas McKinney and Mannie McKinney.
