She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Jason Luper; her siblings, Chery Walter and Mark Chaney; her mother Betty Chaney (Kinsey); her stepfather Clyde Chaney; and her father Warren Taggart.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles, Marshall and Christopher; her grandchildren, Jesse Dale, Elizabeth, Kyra, Sierra, Jake and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Christopher, Whisper, Gavin and Umi; and her sister Tamara Stahl. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cynthia would often donate her time as manager of the Golden Rule Clothes Closet.
