He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mize and Sharon Mize (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Mona Mize; his daughters, Erin Mize of Heavener and Labreeska Hogan of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.; and his brother Steven Mize (Duana) of Athens.
