He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen D. Leverett and Faye Leverett (LaVesta); and his wife Malinda. He is survived by: his children, Skyla Autry, Elizabeth Wallace, Catherine Schafer and David Leverett; and his sister Sue Thompson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
