He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo; and his sisters, Edna Fitzpatrick and Rose Farrand. He is survived by: his son Michael Bailey (Terry) of Fort Smith, AR; his grandchildren, Tiffaney Wear (Chris), Christopher Bailey (Rebecca) and Scott Bailey (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Katelyn, Krista, Courtney, Caleb, Nathan and Carson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to 1st Choice Pregnancy Medical Center of Fort Smith or The Call of Crawford and Sebastian Counties.
