He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Lackey and Colleen Lackey (Dailey); his wife Susan; his daughters, Jacey Varnado (Blake) and Sarah Linimon (Adam); his stepchildren, Emma Dae Bell of Fort Smith, AR, Robert Clark of Fort Smith, AR, William Bell of Fort Smith, AR and Kyle Crouch of Fort Smith, AR; and his siblings, Cathy Hensley of Midway, GA, Tammy Tanksley (Jeff), Laura Woodard (Bill) and James Kaelin of Lavaca, AR.
