Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Chiu leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cang Van Phan. She is survived by: her children, Linh Phan (Ha Doan), Le Phan (Thuy Tran), Hanh (Rick Munson), Mike France of Ft. Smith, AR, Phuoc (Shari Phan), Phu (Gayla Phan) and Trung Phan (Thanh Le). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
