He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Baker and Elma Crawford Baker; his wife Bettye Clara; and his siblings, John, Ed Willie, Alma Jean, Rosie, Charlsey, Lillie, Carrie, Mildred and Gladys.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffinee C. Baker of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Yolinda Laurent, Carrie Greene and Deborah Williams; and his son Kelvin Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.
