He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae Duvall (Berry) and Homer Edward Duvall; his former wife Betty Jane Duvall (McBee); his wife BJ Duvall; his daughters, Jeannie Burton and Cynthia Kenny; and his sisters, Ruby Duvall and Viva Duvall.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandy Watkins of Sallisaw, OK; his children, Terri Hatcher of Sallisaw, OK, David Duvall of Visalia, CA and Kevin Duvall of Visalia, CA; and his brother Jerry Duvall of Gore, OK. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
