He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver P. Mizell and Irene Opal Wilson; and his wife Kathy Marie Raley Mizell. He is survived by: his children, Jay Mizell of Bryant Arkansas, Amanda Pounds (Christie), Heather Miller (Russell) of Pocahontas Arkansas, AR and Josie Haynes of Pocahontas Arkansas; his grandchildren, Charlee Bell, Joe Rinaldo, Grace Bell, Preston Farrell (Brandon Farrell) of Russell Miller, JR, Jordan Pickett and Jason Miller; his great grandchild John-Crew Allen Farrell; and his niece Linda R De Josia.
