He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hayer and Margret Banning (Hayer); his wife Jimmie Leigh Hayer (Olds); his siblings, Patricia Luckenbach (Hayer) and Robert Hayer; his grandson-in-law Brandon Kling; his great grandchild Kaylynn Coville; and his wife Denise Hayer (Kerbs).
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Ellis (Hayer); his son-in-law Kirk Ellis of Fort Smith, AR; his sons, Dennis Hayer of Frisco, TX and Dale Hayer; his daughter-in-law Pam Hayer of Fort Smith, AR; his siblings, Barbara Greene (Hayer) of Washington, Marie Hayer of Arizona, LaDonna Hayer of Hawaii and Dennis Hayer of Washington; his granddaughters, Heather Coville and Alyssa Kimble; and his great grandchildren, Tyberius Colville of Arkansas, Alakaius Coville of Arkansas and Silas Coville of Arkansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
