It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Soard in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rose Gamble (Paling) and Ray Witt; her sister Linda; her brother-in-law Wendell Bramlett; her children, Bobby of Michigan, Mike of Michigan, Rich of Michigan and Jennifer of Arkansas; her granddaughters, Tia and Jenna of Clarksville, AR; her nephew Rusty Bramlett of Clarksville; and her niece Lexi Bramlett of Clarksville, AR. She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
