Charlene Rowe Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Rowe (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on October 9, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Banning and Ida Mae Banning (Joe Rowe Sr.); her siblings, William Banning and Barbara Uselton; her daughter Carolyn Rowe; and her grandson Eric Walker.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Rowe, Sr.; her brother Lawrence, Jr. Banning (Ruth) of Bonanza; and her children, Darlene Perkins (Don) of Waldron, Floyd Rowe (Debra) of Bonanza, John Rowe of Bonanza, Joe Rowe (Renita) of Bonanza, Vicky Decker (Richard) of Bonanza, Rebecca Walker of Fort Smith and Elizabeth Woolsey (Lawrence) of Ratcliff. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, and 24 great-great grandchildren.
