She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ratliff and Tishie Gawf Ratliff; her siblings, Euthel Dixon and Lavern Ratliff; her granddaughters, Tammy Milligan and Carla Hollander; and her daughter-in-law Reba Holobaugh.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Milligan (Curtis) of Greenwood, Kenneth Holobaugh (Patricia) of Eureka, IL, Jean Hollander of Fort Smith, Danny Holobaugh of Bald Knob and Ricky Holobaugh (Elaine) of McMinnville, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
