With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Jo Hacker of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe David and Shirley Hacker; and her brother Johnny Hacker. She is survived by: her former husband Jimmy Hackworth; her daughter Samara Hackworth (Steve Kilpatrick) of Peoria, AZ; her grandchild Jaci Wells; her brothers, Joseph David Hacker Jr. of Fort Smith and Mitch Hacker of Oklahoma City; and her nieces and nephews, Aimee Hacker of Oklahoma City, Quinda Lane (Josh) of Alma and Jessie Gossett (Tim) of Greenwood.
