Carolyn Smith Obituary

She is survived by: her husband Joseph R. Smith; her children, Derek Smith (Julie) of Tulsa, OK and Tricia Webb (Scott) of Springdale, AR; and her siblings, Kenneth Ruttle (Mary) of Indian Harbour, FL, Dan Ruttle of Fort Smith, AR. and Ann Brabham (Larry) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
