It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl D. Riggins of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ralph D. Riggins; and his siblings, Alice Joy, Ralph Eugene and Chester Roy. He is survived by: his wife Teena Riggins (Jackson); his children, Sheila Colburn of Edmond, OK, Shelley Briley (Gary) of Ozark, Dr. Sheri Boyd (Patrick) of Orlando, Florida and Brent (Linda) of Alma; his grandchildren, Alyson, Denton (Crystal), Kyle (Jayllyn), Carly Jo, Jordan, Sarah and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Beckett, Willow, Lela, Remington, Brazen, Aubrey and Cooper.
