He is survived by: his mother Jean Hopkins Thomas (Campbell) of Fort Smith; his wife Nikki Hopkins; his sons, Zac and Alex Hopkins; and his sisters, Joyce Orta (Oscar) of Taft, TX and Ginger Gitthens of Greenwood, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
